Note: Post-duty feels. This is what happens when you don't eat during duty, and see your patients having a well-deserved tea and toasts after fasting for hours before their procedure. Why didn't I eat despite having three breaks in one duty? That's my problem, y'see, I never feel hungry whenever I'm on break. So, I don't really know what to do with it.
